Black Tail Snapper
Another shot from the Molokini excursion, this one is a black tail snapper. These fish are related to the other snappers that are commercially eaten in restaurants everywhere. The most popular of the snappers for consumption in Hawaii are the Opakapaka, or Hawaiian Pink Snapper, and the Onaga, or Long Tail Red Snapper.
